ScreenFlow-AI™

Preventive Screening Orchestration

Every Screening, Flowing to Done.

Flow Board

One river per screening type, flowing through six stages. Tap a track to open its Track Room, or tap a stage count to see the items sitting there. Coral rings mark stages holding stalled items.

Stalled Flow

Patients

The 24-patient synthetic demonstration panel. Every due item shows the eligibility reason that put it on the patient's list. Tap a patient for full detail.

Actions

Role task queues generated from the flow. Completing a task advances its linked screening item one stage, and the Flow Board updates immediately. Every movement is written to the audit log.

Screening Operations Brief

Axiom Preventive Intelligence Suite™ · ScreenFlow-AI™ · Synthetic demonstration panel of 24 patients. All figures computed live from the flow.

How to read this brief: “Performed” counts a screening once it is completed (results may still be outstanding). “Loop closed” counts it only when results are in and follow-up is finished. The two are never blended. Screening intervals are the demonstration rule set used by this prototype, aligned to common USPSTF-style intervals and simplified for demonstration.

Suite & Integration

ScreenFlow-AI™ is the screening orchestration layer of the Axiom Preventive Intelligence Suite™. The five sister layers are live working prototypes:

FHIR R4 Interface (Demonstrated)

Interface status
Demonstrated mapping only
NOT CONNECTED

This prototype is not connected to any EHR or live system. The mapping below shows how ScreenFlow's flow objects would be represented in HL7® FHIR® R4 when an integration is built: screening items as ServiceRequest resources moving to Procedure on completion, results as DiagnosticReport and Observation, role tasks as Task resources, and each patient as a Patient resource. No data leaves this demonstration.

Get the App

ScreenFlow-AI™ runs as an installable web app. To put it on your home screen:

iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen.”

Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu, then “Add to Home screen” or “Install app.”

Desktop (Chrome / Edge): use the install icon in the address bar.

The installed app opens full-screen with the same demonstration data. It contains synthetic data only and is not for clinical use.

Methods & Definitions

Eligibility rules (demonstration rule set)

Intervals are the demonstration rule set used by this prototype, aligned to common USPSTF-style intervals and simplified for demonstration. A patient is “current” for a screening when a completed screening with results and follow-up sits inside the interval; current patients sit at Loop Closed.

The stall rule

An open item is stalled if it has sat in Ordered for 21 or more days without being scheduled, in Scheduled for 14 or more days without completion, or in Completed for 10 or more days without results arriving. Stalled items collect in the Stalled lane with a plain-language reason and a suggested next action.

Completion definitions

Performed = the screening has been completed (stage Completed, Results In, or Loop Closed). Loop closed = results are in and follow-up is finished (stage Loop Closed only). Both numbers are always shown separately, never blended. Current rate = loop-closed patients ÷ eligible patients for that screening.

Demonstration statement

ScreenFlow-AI™ is a prototype running on a synthetic panel of 24 fictional Medicare patients, the same panel used across the Axiom Preventive Intelligence Suite™ demonstrations, so screening currency reconciles exactly with QualiMax-AI™. No real patient information is used, and the system is not connected to any live EHR or data feed.

Reset Demo Data

Restore the original seeded panel: all 86 due items back in their seeded stages, all tasks open, and the audit log returned to its seeded entries. Anything you advanced or created in this browser will be cleared.
